The Beginning of a Dream — Founded by the Three Visionaries of Khon Kaen Fishing Net
KKF was founded in Khon Kaen Province through the determination and vision of its 3 significant founders: Mr. Burapa Seriyothin Mr. Boworn Seriyothin, and Mr. Buri Seriyothin.
From Khon Kaen to a world-class brand, KKF has grown from a small family business into the global manufacturer behind the renowned “SHIP Brand” fishing net brand.
The core vision that has driven the organization forward is the philosophy of “Understanding, Creativity, and Development.” The founders believed that sustainable business growth comes from keeping pace with the changing world, embracing transformation, and adopting modern technology and machinery to elevate production standards.
At the heart of their journey was also a commitment to learning from their own weaknesses and continuously improving their products to truly meet the needs of users around the world.

KKF was founded in Khon Kaen Province through the determination and vision of its 3 significant founders: Mr. Burapa Seriyothin Mr. Boworn Seriyothin, and Mr. Buri Seriyothin.

The Beginning of a Dream
In 1977, a humble dream began in Khon Kaen.
With 10 machines, 60 dedicated workers, and 16,000 square meters of space, KKF was founded on faith, integrity, and hard work.
From this modest beginning, a legacy was set in motion — one that would grow far beyond its origins.
1988 |
Beyond the Horizon
KKF expanded beyond borders — exporting across Asia, Indochina, Europe, America, Scandinavia, and Africa.
That same year, the company developed its own fishing net weaving machine — a milestone in innovation and a proud reflection of Thai craftsmanship on the global stage.
1991 |
First Step Overseas
KKF established its first overseas factory in Shantou, Guangdong, China — marking a new chapter in its international expansion.
1994 |
Building from Within
KKF founded Fortune Machinery Co., Ltd. to manufacture its own net-weaving machines — strengthening the core of its production capabilities.
1996 |
Expanding Our Reach
KKF expanded with three additional factories in Khon Kaen and Maha Sarakham, along with new sales offices in Myanmar and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
2000 |
Raising the Standard
KKF received ISO 9002 certification, later advancing to ISO 9001:2008 — reflecting its commitment to world-class quality standards.
2001 |
Entering South America
KKF expanded into South America through a strategic partnership with BKT in Brazil.
